Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: $10.99
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping: $30
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days after processing
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $200 (before taxes and after discounts).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
LOCAL PICKUP (LAS VEGAS)
We offer local pickup in Las Vegas.
Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Same-day pickup may be available depending on order time.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Pretty Spoiled Collections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@shopprettyspoiled.comwith your order number and photos of the issue.
